Dry Diving Practices
DiveRVA

RVA Dive Team has dry diving practices at the dryland gym at DiveRVA. Divers use diving boards, trampolines, spotting belts, and tumbling mats to practice essential skills needed for success in the pool. Dry diving allows divers to gain strength and confidence in a controlled and safe environment.

Kenny Center Pool

Pre-Team pool practices are held at St. Catherine's School. JO Team and Team 1 meter practices are held here during the week.

Brittingham-Midtown Community Center

Team members will travel to Newport News to practice 1 and 3 meter.
