Tumble & Jump Camp
Weekly Camps Beginning
June 12
Our week long camps offer participants the opportunity to jump, flip, and twist! This camp is a mix of tumbling, gymnastics, trampoline, and diving. Participants will use a spring floor, trampolines, and diving boards to learn new skills in a safe and fun environment while improving their strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Our camps are offered Monday-Friday for ages 6-14. We offer both a morning and an evening session each week.
All camp participants must have a current AAU membership.

All participants must be registered with AAU. Yearly membership is $16 and can be purchased through the AAU website This is a one time cost if participants are not yet already members.
Training Groups
RVA Dive Team offers several options to meet the needs of any diver. We are happy to assist in helping you find the group that is best for you.
Pre Team
This is the perfect option for divers of all levels. In this group you will build basic foundational skills, balance, coordination, and strength. Once a diver has mastered foundational skills and dives they will begin building up to more difficult dives.
Pre Team athletes may choose to practice up to four days per week. Practices are 50 minutes and include 15 minutes of warm-up and stretch and 35 minutes of skills training.
It is recommended that divers looking to join the Team practice at least three days per week.

This group is built from athletes that are committed to reaching top levels of the sport.
They exemplify a strong work ethic and desire to achieve their best possible self.
They train to compete at USA Diving competitions and
look to continue diving after high school.
Team athletes practice six days per week; three dry diving practices and three pool practices.
Team will also travel outside of Richmond to practice 3 meter and platform. Team practices are at least 2 hours.
