This is the perfect option for new divers. In this group you will build basic foundational skills, balance, coordination, and strength.
Pre Team athletes ages 5-7 will practice one day per week at our dryland training facility. Practices are 45 minutes and include 15 minutes of warm-up and stretch and 30 minutes of skills training.
Our Pre Team fall session is September 10 - November 12.
